You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cost efficiencies, provide financial insights, and help optimize contract manufacturing operations.A Day in the LifeSupport financial planning, analysis, and reporting for contract manufacturing operationsReport key performance indicators to track operational and financial performanceCollaborate cross functionally to align financial strategies in support of business objectivesProvide strategic guidance and recommendations to enhance contract manufacturing processesUtilize knowledge of financial data and data management to develop tools and reporting that more effectively presents financial metricsAssist in development of Annual AOP and Qtr ForecastsMinimum requirements:To be considered for this position, please ensure your resume reflects the minimum requirements as noted.Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experienceNice to HaveContract manufacturing or related industry experienceStrong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience with ERP systems and financial modeling toolsExcellent analytical, communication, and leadership skillsProven track record of driving financial performance and process improvementsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesCollaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersPrevious experience in the healthcare or medical technology sector is a plus About MedtronicTogether, we can change healthcare worldwide. Learn more about Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP) here. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
