WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Act as the lead of the transformation activation phase. Provide operational support throughout the transformation process Manage change control support with key collaborators. Ensure alignment on the delivery of employee conversations while providing a premium manager & employee experience. Consult on key moments of the activation process with business leaders, COE partners, and operational teams. Coordinate work with external partners who support the activation process. Close partnership with Transformation Consultants to provide a seamless experience for business partners throughout each phase. Incorporate analytics as a central principle to transformations—provide reporting and analysis to teams on an ongoing basis and support partners with data triage, etc. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Org Transformation Solutions team in People Solutions. You will partner with multiple functions in HR (Organizational Change, BHR Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent, HR Operations) and across the enterprise (Finance, Global Technology, Business Planning, etc.) to develop plans and work with teams to complete organizational transformations. You will be an expert in ensuring organizational plans are implemented seamlessly for our organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of relevant professional experience with a strong emphasis on HR and Talent. A solid grasp of HR systems, including Workday & Orgvue. High business acumen, with an affinity for data exploration, analysis, and working with business intelligence tools and large amounts of data. Superb communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple competing priorities NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
