Responsibilities
• Plan, organize, and execute captivating tradeshows, webinars, and events• Manage the full lifecycle of events: contracting, logistics, staffing, registration, booth design, shipping, travel, etc.• Oversee pre- and post-event communication, social media promotion, lead generation, and budget adherence• Craft and execute email marketing campaigns• Manage social media channels and audience growth• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors• Analyze data and KPIs to measure campaign success and adapt strategies• Be a team player while thriving independently
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field• 3+ years of experience in B2B event management and digital marketing• Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure results for both in-person and digital campaigns• Strong project and budget management skills• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills• Adaptability, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as HubSpot• Time management and attention to detail are essential• Willingness to travel to events (up to 10%)
