Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing total, comprehensive care to patients by applying the nursing process in an organized and systematic manner according to institutional policy.
This role will provide primary care services at our Hereford Office.
Qualifications
Education
* Master's Degree (Required)
* Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Certification / Licensure / Registration
* Registered Nurse Practitioner (Required)
