Full job description Currently seeking an LPN for a Primary Care Medical Office for one of the l argest healthcare organizations in Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for grow, benefits and competitive pay!

Location : Westport, Connecticut

Schedule : M-F Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm/8:00am-4:30pm/8:30am-5pm (flexible within these ranges)

Day to Day Responsibilities: Prescription Refills Provide Medical advice Report Abnormal imaging or lab results Work with Provider to report PT, INR results Medication refills Patient follow up calls Vaccinations/injections Assisting providers and MA's Work Environment : This will be a MAT Leave- covering until November but most likely will go permanent after
