The pricing analyst has the responsibility developing estimates of cost elements and pricing for contract proposals, contract amendments, contract renewals, and new business ventures.
Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and pricing for contract proposals, renewals, and new business ventures. Ensure adherence to cost and pricing standards across different business lines. Analyze past performance through 'look-back' analyses, identifying areas for improvement. Foster a culture of critical thinking and challenge the status quo to enhance pricing strategies. Manage projects independently, collaborating with various departments, and maintain accurate cost databases. Education
Accounting or Finance degree required Experience
Related costing experience in a healthcare or staffing setting preferred; Experience in a correctional healthcare environment highly desirable Licenses/Certifications
