Job summary
Assist lead press operator in all aspects of operating pressRun press independently and produce quality jobsResponsible for creating/updating inventory reports of pressroom supplies

Responsibilities
• Obtain job information from prepress department• Load print cylinders into press, set print decks and adjust registration• Monitor every aspect of the run, including web width, colors, registration, and print quality• Document production issues and clean up project• Maintain a clean and safe work environment• Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• High mechanical aptitude desired• Detail oriented, committed, and willing to learn• Coldset web printing experience desired• Must know all aspects of printing• Ability to work safely and understand safety procedures• Must have ability to take written/and or verbal direction• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs & ladders, reach, kneel & stoop, and lift 50lbs• Must have high visual acuity with excellent color perception with or without corrective lenses
