Press Operator Assistant/Plate Mounter

Belmark is currently seeking a Press Operator Assistant/Plate Mounter in Phoenix, AZ to run our world class equipment to produce a high quality product in a timely fashion for our customers. This position works on our 2nd shift rotation.
Schedule: 2:00pm – 12:00am, Monday - ThursdayPay: $23.00 per hour starting pay+ $1.00 shift differentialWhat will I do in this role? Responsible for mixing inks to Operate a narrow web press at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.Accurately mounting plates onto cylinders, washing plates and filing them according to job number.Comply with all Belmark operating procedures and work instructions.Must take accurate notes for reference guide when operating press independently.Ensure plates are mounted accurately, according to rewind position.Ensure all plates for a job are mounted in a timely manner, according to the schedule, to keep presses running at all times.Wash plates from completed jobs.Peel sticky back off of cylinders.File plates according to job number.Fill alcohol, acetate and soap bottles.Great benefits for the entire family!
