Tiny Troops Soccer is seeking a coach to teach soccer to children ages 2-4.

Responsibilities
• Develop strong bonds with the children and create a supportive environment.• Follow weekly lesson plans and keep coaches active during sessions.• Complete online coach training and receive field training.• Participate in monthly virtual meetings and community events.• Conduct occasional administrative tasks such as coach evaluations and communication.• Maintain 2-5 hours per week availability and occasional weekday hours.
Requirements
• Must have valid DoD government issued I.D.• Must be 18 years or older.• Must have consistent Saturday availability and possible Sunday makeup days.• Excellent communication and professionalism with team and parents.• Passion for teaching soccer and working with young children.• Access to reliable transportation and a mobile phone.
