* ARP HOURLY INCREASE $2.00 an hour begins after the successful completion of two weeks and will run until the grant is exhausted

Our teachers must be able to:
meet the qualifications required by Washoe County licensing support our program using 'learning through play' philosophy communicate effectively and professionally comply with our employment policies Requirements
Experience in a preschool setting preferred, but we are willing to train a person who demonstrates a passion for children and a willingness to grow as a professional in our field
Must always maintain licensing requirements, including state approved on-going trainings
Energetic, child-friendly personality
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Physically capable of performing all job duties
MUST be a team player
Highly organized and punctual

  Nice To Haves
Degree in Early Childhood Education or Human Development and Family Studies
Teaching experience: 1 year in a preschool setting
Washoe County Sheriff's Card or Memo of Eligibility
Negative TB test
CPR & First Aid
Nevada Registry
