• Prepares food items for cold case, fresh pack, salad, and hot bars• Follows recipes for quality and consistency• Labels, dates, covers, monitors, and rotates prepared items• Replenishes food in a timely manner• Provides excellent customer service• Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures• Maintains a clean and sanitary working environment• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties• Reports safety hazards and violations• Performs other assigned duties
