Preconstruction Manager -Commercial Construction

Job Responsibilities Include:
* Lead the preconstruction efforts for Commercial Renovation and Ground-Up Projects, ensuring that all aspects of the preconstruction phase are completed efficiently and effectively
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for prospective projects
* Lead preconstruction meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives and requirements
* Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams during the preconstruction phase
* Monitor industry trends and best practices in preconstruction management and implement strategies to stay ahead of the curve
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering/related field preferred or the experience equivalent
* 5+ years Estimating experience in Commercial Construction, must have some experience leading teams
* Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimating, and value engineering
* Proficiency in construction management software
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
