Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process.• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.• Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and address any questions or concerns.• Present pricing and financing options to meet customer budgets and goals.• Collaborate with the management and finance team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive trends, models, and industry knowledge.
Requirements
• Previous experience in automotive sales is highly preferred.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Excellent presentation and follow-up abilities.• Understanding of different financing and leasing options and the ability to explain them to customers.• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
