Practice Support Specialist Marathon Health is seeking a full-time Practice Support Specialist (PSS) to work collaboratively with our team in Las Vegas, NV serving employees and families at their on-site corporate health and wellness center.
This is a 40 hour per week position with excellent compensation and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, HSA, life and disability, paid time off and holidays.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff Greet visitors, assess purpose of visit, and direct them to appropriate staff Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence Ensure patient completes Privacy forms Check patients in and out Collect Co-pays Minimum of 2 years of front desk experience in a medical setting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience required Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with patients and strong computer skills required You should want to work in an environment where health education and outreach is important to you and challenges you to make a difference COVID-19 Vaccinations are not mandated at Marathon Health unless there are specific client requirements or applicable state laws.
