We are looking for a self-starter to manage our outpatient practice and our billing entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, medical billing, and credentialling/ re-credentialling with insurance agencies. In addition to management and oversite, the successful applicant will work on tasks requiring data analysis, in-depth evaluation, and exercising judgement within the appropriate scope of practice. The ideal candidate will be motivated to think outside the box to help grow this program. Maintaining patient confidentiality, handling personal information, and accurately inputting patient data into the billing systems is expected. Responsibilities: Work closely with billers and clinicians, ensuring accuracy in coding and billing practices Oversight and management of program, established processes and third party teams Audit charts and claims to ensure accuracy Develop and maintain a tracking system of incoming and late payments Follow up on late or missed payment notices Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies Credentialling and re-credentialing with insurances Experience with admin duties and work flows in back-office with a Part B/Clinic Program Management of various clinical disciplines to coordinate patients' cares Create reports for financial analysis for CEO Assisting in hiring and training new clinic team members Requirements: Associate degree/Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred 1+ years' experience as a home health medical biller Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and coding Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines Excellent problem-solving skills Must pass background check Compensation: Based off experience, salary.
