The Ogletree Building is located on the north end of Main Street in beautiful downtown Greenville, with attached, free, garage parking. Each person has their own private office in our recently renovated space. We have an onsite gym. Essential Functions: As an experienced Ogletree Practice Assistant, one:
Provides professional administrative support to attorneys, working together to meet client deliverables. Prepares client intake forms, initiates conflict checks, prepares engagement letters and opens new files. Organizes, compiles and prepares case documents and exhibits for filing/e-filing with courts, government agencies and attorneys. Partners in maintaining an overview of attorney workload and clients/matters, maintaining calendars and dockets. Assists with the billing process, including the resolution of billing issues. Maintains electronic files using a document management system and identifies files to be closed. Coordinates travel, meeting and presentation arrangements; prepares expense reimbursement and tracks attorney CLE credits. Supports the attorneys' marketing and professional activities to engage new clients. Is a self-starter with excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  
Requirements:4+ years of legal experience. Knowledge of legal and litigation terminology and processes. Experience in researching and applying federal and local rules. E-filing experience. Accurate typing of at least 70 words per minute. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel. iManage Work and SmartSheet a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multitasking with high accuracy rates. Critical thinking skills supporting a leadership style of performance. Organized time management which allows for efficient working processes. Regular and predictable in-office work. Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
