Job Title: Practice Administrator/Office Manager
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Administrator/Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare practice. Responsibilities:
* Administrative Leadership:
* Provide strategic direction and leadership to all administrative staff members.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows to optimize practice operations.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
* Financial Management:
* Oversee billing and collections processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Monitor accounts receivable and work closely with billing staff to address any issues.
* Develop and manage the practice budget, including expense control and revenue enhancement initiatives.
* Human Resources Management:
* Recruit, hire, and train administrative staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels.
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
* Coordinate staff scheduling and manage payroll processing.
* Regulatory Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
* Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary updates.
* Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
* Patient Experience and Satisfaction:
* Implement strategies to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.
* Monitor patient feedback and address any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
* Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline processes and improve overall patient flow.
* Facility Management:
* Oversee the maintenance of the practice facility, including equipment, supplies, and infrastructure.
* Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
* Manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply levels.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or practice management.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management.
* Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
