We are looking for a PPAP Coordinator / Quality Admin – Full Time or Part Time available. Responsibilities Coordinate and prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) in accordance with AIAG and customer requirements Follow internal processes according to the Quality Management System Work with Sales and Planner to fulfill PPAP order on time Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers for PPAP build Work with Metrology Laboratory for assisting First Article Inspection (FAI) measurement Compile and calculate Initial Process Capability Studies with Minitab or SPC XL Assisting with data collection and logistic preparation for customer PPAP submission Prepare PPAP package with presentable format Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards for monitoring process executions for incoming and outgoing PPAP from supplier and to customer respectively Analyze and maintain data integrity in the EOne ERP and Agile PLM systems to support streamlined execution of the PPAP process Interacts effectively with internal and external customers Communicates issues or potential problems to PPAP Manager Requirements Proficiency with Microsoft Office is must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to read Engineering Drawing and Engineering Standard Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Engineering Detail oriented Mechanical aptitude Ability to use basic measurement tools and gages Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Process Capability Study is desired
