As a Pothole Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient management of pothole-related tasks, including record-keeping, scheduling, data entry, and reporting. Your responsibilities will include taking the lead on the potholing process and excellent customer service to our clients. Join us and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence, safety, and mutual success in the underground wet utility industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with Superintendent to oversee pothole crews and subcontractors, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and within the specified timeframes Take daily notes and pictures of pothole jobs, enter them into the appropriate databases  Maintain detailed and accurate records of pothole-related information Collaborate with Apex pothole crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient scheduling and completion of jobs Enter relevant data into databases to facilitate tracking and reporting Provide daily reports to the Project Team and Superintendent on pothole information and scheduling Interact with clients and customers to address inquiries and provide updates on job progress  Verify and organize job pictures, associating them with the appropriate jobs Ensure safety policies and procedures are being adhered to and followed in compliance with company standards  Complete additional tasks assigned to support the effective functioning of the pothole management process Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent required 1-year experience working in construction industry preferred but not required Own vehicle required, vehicle stipend provided Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite,GSuites Bilingual (Spanish) preferred  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.  Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.  Job closing date 5/20/2024
