Review Association financial reports and assist in developing Annual Budgets.Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time. Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff, if applicable.Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
