Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Portfolio Manager with expertise in listed Equity Options. The Associate Portfolio Manager will be primarily responsible for managing established investment strategies, client investment portfolios, and contributing to the development of new businesses. The position also performs investment research and makes recommendations for use with managed investment portfolios.

Specific Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Managing a portfolio of listed equity options and equivalent derivatives
Trading cover call and cash secured put strategies
Collaborating with other portfolio managers, traders and quantitative researchers to optimize existing strategies
Working with team members to improve systems and the execution process.
Identifying and monetizing new trading opportunities
Mentoring junior traders and/or quantitative researchers
Staying up to date with the latest advancements in quantitative trading.

Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in equity options portfolio management or trading
Deep understanding of the risks involved in managing a large equity options portfolio
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Passion and drive to take a leading role in a growing wealth management firm.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ideally Bilingual, being able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge in MS Excel required.
Experience communicating with both sales personnel as well as support staff.
Strong pricing knowledge and risk management of listed equity options.
