1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following : The Onboarding & Servicing Team provides ongoing support of the Wholesale Credit Delivery credit origination and underwriting process by analyzing and summarizing client and transaction information, populating nCino/AFS systems and submitting finalized credit memos for approval. The team supports the loan closing process by gathering documentation required for closing, coordinating loan closings with the closing team and ensuring the proper booking of all facilities on the loan system. The team is responsible for accurate and timely setup of all client credit files, ongoing updates and annual credit file certifications. The team also manages the tracking of reporting requirements and financial covenants as required by legal documentation by monitoring and clearing all ticklers for Credit Delivery clients, providing reporting to Portfolio Managers and mitigating potential risk by early escalation of past dues. The team identifies new and recurring risks related to the origination, closing, booking and funding and ongoing management of Wholesale Credit Delivery credit products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. 1. Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Origination and Portfolio Specialists who are aligned by industry or region 2. Ensure that team deliverables are met in a timely manner and to a high degree of accuracy. 3. Serve as a Liason between and engage with Portfolio Administration, Portfolio Management, Loan Operations, Compliance, Audit and Technology. 4. Maintain Subject Matter Expertise and ensure that credit package standards, closing and funding deliverables and Flood regulation requirements are being met and managed 5. Contribute to and manage special projects as needed including but not limited to system enhancement workstreams, audit/credit review remediations and larger scale documentation/data requests Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. 10 years of experience in risk, operations, administration and/or project management 3. Strong analytical and organizational skills or highly specialized skill set 4. Well-developed verbal and written communication/presentation skills 5.
