Responsibilities
• Perform appliance repairs, general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall, and painting• Assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation• Work independently and as a member of a team• Oversee work performed by contractors• Ensure preventative maintenance procedures are followed• Report directly to the Community Manager
Requirements
• Previous experience with apartment maintenance• Appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and painting skills• HVAC/CFC Certification preferred• Ability to understand and oversee work performed by contractors• Pleasant and professional demeanor• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license• Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition• Availability to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation
