Assist in maintaining program records, including student enrollment, grades, and other pertinent data. Help in organizing program-related events, workshops, and seminars. Provide support for curricular programs Manage communication channels, including emails and phone inquiries from students, faculty, and external parties. Provide information and support to students regarding program requirements, schedules, and resources. Assist with student orientations and other events aimed at student engagement. Help students navigate administrative processes, such as registration and financial aid applications. Assist in scheduling , examinations, and meetings Coordinate room bookings and equipment for classes and events. Assist in the distribution of learning materials and resources Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and program-related databases. Assist in generating reports on student enrollment, attendance, and academic performance.. Assist in processing applications, ensuring all required documents are received and filed appropriately. Provide support during the admissions process, such as scheduling interviews and sending out approved acceptance letters. Manage supplies and place orders, as necessary. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and organizing program-related documents. Help in maintaining a clean and organized office space Other duties as assigned Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years administrative, office management, project management experience required.
