Responsibilities
• Posts room charges and taxes to guest accounts.• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.• Verifies all account postings and balances.• Monitors the current status of coupon, discount, and other promotional programs.• Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.• Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.• Complete knowledge of emergency procedures.• Responsible for the Supervision of all Overnight staff (Valet, Engineering and Security).
Requirements
• College degree preferable• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Guest Services Supervisory position• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. for handling guest luggage• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Skills Needed
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
