A major client in Phoenix is looking at add a PMS Technical Support individual to the PMS Support team. This individual is someone with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues for our end users. Scope: Tier 2 & PMS -focused. 100% Remote ( MUST sit in AZ), 6-month Contract role with opportunity to convert FTE . M-F Core Business Hours. + 3+ years customer service/technical support
+ Networks transmitting Voice/Data/Fax and LAN / WAN communications.
+ Experience in hospitality industry or PMS systems
+ 100% Remote – MUST sit in AZ
