A Construction Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing and managing the construction process from start to finish. The PM will manage subcontractors, lead the team, and take ownership of the projects success.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as project owners, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure on-time completion of projects. Analyze and estimate costs associated with construction projects. Oversee and manage the flow of construction materials. Ensure construction projects adhere to all safety standards. Monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are met. Respond to issues, questions, and complaints as they arise. Provide documentation and reports of completed projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in construction management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
