Here's what we need from you:
1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality Basic computer proficiency Ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns promptly and professionally Ability to adapt to different situations and handle a variety of customer personalities and demands Ability to manage and resolve conflicts professionally Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with excellent multitasking abilities Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor Having customer service experience in the home services industry is highly preferred but not required!
