About our Practice and Plastic Surgery Opportunity: Up to $375K base salary and unlimited productivity bonus potential. Physician-owned private practice with partnership opportunities in 2 years. Well-established practice, including a surgery center, Med Spa, and multiple office locations. 70% cosmetic, 30% reconstructive (insurance-based) procedures.
