Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing efforts. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production operations run efficiently and cost-effectively. The Plant Manager will manage employees, oversee production operations, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor production operations budget. Develop and implement plant operations strategies. Manage, coach and develop production staff. Ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve production efficiency. Develop and implement quality control processes. Identify and resolve operational issues. Maintain accurate inventory and production records. Ensure timely and accurate production reporting. Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in plant management, Fenestration, and OSHA. Experience with manufacturing practices for aluminum windows and doors. Proficient in Lean Manufacturing. Strong understanding of operations management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
