Plant Manager

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with an Plant Manager search in the Brookfield, OH area.

Responsibilities
Will manage, mentor, and train 5 supervisors who supervise 50 skilled hourly employees (CNC Machinist and Welders) while holding them accountable to reach production targets.
Will have controls of the plant budgets while working closely with the GM on the profit and loss of the facility.
Will analyze manpower and materials required to meet company objectives based on customer demands.
Will ensure a safe operation for all employees.

Key Requirements
Experience in a Manufacturing Manager, Plant Manager, or Production Manager role out of manufacturing
Experience with plant / site budgets
Safety Minded
