Demonstrated ability to cultivate, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across various functions (such as Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Production, Maintenance, HR, R&D, QA, and Sales) within the food manufacturing sector, with a focus on driving operational excellence. Develops staffing plans, schedules, and assignments, ensuring targets are met, priorities are established, progress is monitored, schedules are adjusted as needed, and issues are resolved promptly. Advocates for continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing effective strategies and action plans. Emphasizes production efficiency while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
