Position Summary: Primary responsibility for balancing inventory supply with order demand and supporting field operations' requirements to meet customer service levels by maintaining specified inventory levels using forecasting and replenishment planning tools.
Key Job Responsibilities: Oversee supply levels within the network. Manage and process technician service cases requiring parts. Preliminary planning and implementation of supply inventory levels in designated network area, function, or business segment to ensure customer service, inventory demand and working capital goals are met. Implement strategies to anticipate / mitigate issues and risks with supply availability. Proactive track and trace (T&T) of open POs; inclusive of resolving and communicating supply issues. Generate purchase and transfer orders, as needed. Review and resolve invoice and pricing discrepancies. Maintain a working supplier relationship and address OS&D issues that arise. Support continuous improvement opportunities within Inbound Supply Chain. Other duties assigned.
