Requirements: Able to troubleshoot and perform all maintenance repairs Make necessary adjustments for proper machine setup Identify and troubleshoot planer machine defects Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner individually and in a team environment Solid background in heavy industry and construction Knowledge of lumber manufacturing and welding are considered assets Don't check off every single bullet point?
