Responsibilities
• Maintain relationships with local businesses, industry reps, and training agencies for job placement• Assist clients in developing and monitoring employment plans• Support students in job search activities and provide job leads• Develop and administer employment workshops• Coordinate job retention activities with career training team• Create employer partnerships for direct student placement• Identify prospective workforce and employer partners• Engage with leaders to connect students with career pathways• Develop sustainable partnership networks• Promote positive image of the center and establish relationships with officials and community leaders
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with two years related experience• Degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, or communications• Follow integrity guidelines and procedures• Operate in accordance with contract, PRH, guides, SOPs, and corporate policies
