HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking a Pilots Instructor SME in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the delivery of comprehensive TADSS instruction and operational services, including in-depth training using U.S. Army aviation flight simulators. The role requires developing and executing lesson plans, conducting simulator training sessions, and assessing trainee competency. Tasks include collaborating to create, coordinate, and plan training materials and packages that meet updated aviation standards. The individual must identify gaps and requirements to devise effective training strategies. Minimum Qualifications 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19+ years relevant experience. Experience in U.S. Army aviation flight simulators Ability to develop and execute lesson plans Capability to assess trainee competency Skill in collaborating to create, coordinate, and plan training materials Knowledge of updated aviation standards Understanding of identifying training gaps and requirements Experience aligning delivery of services with specific contractual deliverables Preferred Requirements Physical Requirements
