Job Title:  Picker and Packer
Pay Rate: $15.50/hour with Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday (2pm to 6pm) Tuesday-Thursday (6am to 6pm)
We are looking for a Picker and Packer to join our team in Wadsworth OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing straws into boxes according to company standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities: Pick and pack straws into boxes according to company standards and customer requirements. Ensure that the quality of the straws meets the specified standards. Label and seal boxes securely before handing them over to the shipping department. Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when handling straws and other packaging materials. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Good communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary. #AkronBranchCA
