We're seeking Pick/Pack for a temp to hire opportunity with a dental distribution company in Pomona, CA. Requirements: Moves cases, crates, packaged merchandise, and other material about a warehouse, between loading and storage areas. Store merchandise in designated areas in the warehouse; packs and wraps merchandise when required.
Must be able to be fully trained and functional picking domestic orders using the voice WMS handheld scanner
Must be able to build carts using voice WMS and/or handheld scanner
Perform audits
Pulls production work order materials from shelves, boxes, and bins
Stocks warehouse shelves.
Pulls all domestic shipments
Complete paperwork transactions for all movement of material
Verify quantity of product on hand
Follow all standard operating procedures and job instructions in the shipping
Prepare distribution paperwork by recording quantity shipped and the lot number shipped on the work order
Pulls orders from inventory, palletize and shrink-wrap or stage cases for shipment
Ability to read and interpret documents such as emails, safety rules, standard operating procedures
Must be able to read and apply procedures in the materials data safety sheet
Ensure proper handling of all hazardous/raw material
High School Diploma/GED REQUIRED 1 year of related work experience (shipping/receiving, distribution, logistics, etc.)
Strong communication in English (Reading, writing, and verbal).
Interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Proficient time management/ sense of urgency
Background and drug test required
9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
Payrate: $18.00 an hour
