Physician - Oncology/Hematology

Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Oncologist specializing in Medical Oncology and Hematology to join our team. As an Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.
Responsibilities: Provide expert medical care to patients with cancer and hematologic disorders, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of their conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and medical history. Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and support staff. Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust therapy as needed to optimize outcomes and minimize side effects. Participate in clinical research and academic activities, including enrollment in clinical trials and publication of research findings. Educate patients and their families about their diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. Collaborate with community organizations and support groups to enhance patient care and access to resources. Requirements: Board Certification or Board Eligibility (within the past 2 years) in Medical Oncology and Hematology. Active OR Medical License, or willingness to obtain. Experience practicing Radiation Oncology, if applicable. Experience in building a practice, preferred but not required. Skills and Qualifications: Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology and hematology principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
