Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at our practice, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, alleviate pain, and achieve their physical therapy goals. You will work closely with individuals of various ages and conditions, conducting assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical condition, identify impairments, and determine appropriate treatment goals. Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, focusing on rehabilitation, pain management, and functional improvement. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to optimize patient outcomes. Provide one-on-one, 40-minute therapy sessions to ensure personalized attention and quality care. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and document treatment outcomes. Educate patients and their families on home exercises and self-management strategies to support long-term recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures. Qualifications: DPT from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Washington (or eligibility for licensure). Demonstrated experience in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and administering therapeutic interventions. Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to providing high-quality care. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
