Responsibilities
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans• Regularly re-assess treatment plans and attend meetings• Perform discharge evaluations and provide referral resources• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team• Coordinate care with other disciplines
Requirements
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification• Minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer patients• Fine motor skills and visual acuity required• Additional physical requirements may vary by location
