Midland Care in Emporia, KS is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our PACE team. Summary:
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with PACE Participants, helping them remain in their own homes while receiving quality care and support. In this role you will work with individuals to enhance their mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and a commitment to providing personalized care to those in need.
Midland Care's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a not-for-profit health care program that helps people at risk for needing nursing home care who meet a level of care requirement stay in their own homes and communities. Employment Status: Full-time | Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:00pm
Salary starting at $84,0000+ annually (based on requirements and like experience)

Current unrestricted Kansas State license to practice as a physical therapist. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver's License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization's insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position. One year of professional experience required, minimum one year experience working with the frail and elderly population, home care or geriatric experience.
