Responsibilities
• Optimize patient centered diagnosis by assessing strengths and weaknesses• Devise creative, effective team-based treatment plans in accordance with physician's orders• Combine evidence based physical therapy practice philosophies for best clinical outcomes• Motivate patients to restore physical function and mobility
Requirements
• Must have valid WA PT license in good standing• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
