Physical Therapist

Overview
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional physical therapy services to patients in compliance with all applicable requirements and policies. You will work in a brand-new facility aimed at multidisciplinary care, embodying our spirit of customer service and core values. This is a special place to work.
Salary Range: $33.87/hour - $55.31/hour (based on education and experience)
Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required (Must obtain licensure before assuming patient care)
Key Responsibilities
? Responsible for the ethical, cost-effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients
? Adheres to National Patient Safety Goals
? Provides care in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, profession physical therapy acts, federal, state, and agency policies and procedures
Schedule and Shift Details
? Days: 07:30AM - 06:00PM (4 x 10hr shifts)
