Job summary
The Physical Therapist (P.T.) provides physical therapy services to patients as prescribed by the attending physician.They rehabilitate and retrain major motor skills in a variety of healthcare settings.ATC Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team.

Responsibilities
• Directing, supervising, evaluating, and providing physical therapy services to patients.• Developing, implementing, and re-evaluating the patient's plan of care.• Accurately and completely documenting services provided.• Establishing goals based on patient's current level of functioning.• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.• Effectively communicating information to appropriate personnel.• Treating patients to relieve pain and/or restore function.• Planning for patient discharge and providing discharge summaries and instructions.• Delivering patient care in a non-judgmental and culturally diverse manner.• Continuing education and meeting state-specific requirements.
Requirements
• Graduate of an physical therapy school accredited by the Council of Medical Education of the A.M.A. or equivalent.• Current, unrestricted license or registration to practice physical therapy.• At least one year of physical therapist experience in a clinical setting.• Current CPR certification.• Ability to work in various client facility settings with potential exposure to infectious materials.• Compliance with ATC policies/procedures and client facility policies/procedures.• Competency in accepted ethical and professional standards of conduct.
