Responsibilities
• Assessing and treating patients of all ages requiring Physical Therapy• Developing and modifying treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team• Incorporating patient/family/Care Partner needs in treatment plan• Observing and reporting patients' responses to treatment• Coordinating care with CCS for CCS insurance• Developing and implementing discharge plans• Acting as Clinical Instructor for students• Maintaining high professional standards• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and safety of equipment• Assisting the Manager in achieving department goals
Requirements
• Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with Baccalaureate Degree or higher• Current California Physical Therapy licensure• Current CPR (AHA BLS) Fire Safety card• Academic curriculum on growth and development gerontology and therapeutic procedures• Documentation of continuing education or experience• CCS paneling obtained after one year of pediatric experience
