Opportunity for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)! Role Overview :
Currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join its dynamic team. The PTA will work under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to provide treatments and support to patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Administer treatments as prescribed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of physical therapy equipment. Complete mandatory training programs to stay current with healthcare practices. Document patient progress and treatments in the electronic medical record system. Candidate Requirements :
Must possess a  current PTA license in the state of Texas. Experience with or knowledge of treating individuals with  severe mental illness is preferred. Work Schedule :
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with an unpaid lunch break) Flexible hours may be required to accommodate patient needs. Additional Requirements :
Must have a  valid photo ID and  American Heart Association CPR certification . COVID-19 Vaccination Card (if applicable). Must pass a  urine drug screen and  background check .
