Phlebotomist

Incorporated in 1973, APPS Paramedical is the largest paramedical company in the United States specializing in paramedical services for the life and health insurance industry. We are looking for an experienced medically trained CSR for our Madison, AL office.

The Job Responsibilities of an APPS Customer Service Representative are: Greeting visitors and clients at the APPS Office* Presenting an outgoing personality and telephone skills. Not timid about contacting, scheduling or confirming clients appointments** Communication skills including accurate telephone messages, faxing, texting and emailing** Reception duties also include receiving FedEx, UPS and USPS** Computer skills including data entry, search and scheduling of exam orders** Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced office** Shipping and receiving medical supplies** Stocking medical supplies and tracking inventory** The CSR must be reliable and show attention to detail at all times* Organized and detail oriented Must follow HIPAA guidelines* Phlebotomist with 1 year blood drawing experience A flexible work attitude with the willingness to help in the office on short notice** QA skills necessary** Errand runner* A valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation and car insurance A personal cell phone Bi-lingual speakers are, a plus !
