The Philanthropy Department is seeking a motivated, positive, self-starter intern to assist with all facets of Philanthropy including, but not limited to:
Note writing, phone calls, new donor research Assist with outside tours of labs and facilities Assist with the OMRF Teen Leaders Program Assist with annual donor events including 241 and the MS Advocate Award Dinner Other general office administration (filing, scanning, copying, etc.) This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Major Gifts and Outreach.
Must be working towards a bachelor's degree at an accredited university in public relations, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
Previous exposure to Philanthropy is a plus.
Internship would start Summer 2024 and end in December 2024 or May 2025. Part-time hours typically Monday through Friday, between 9:00AM-5:00PM; however, hours may vary depending on workload and special event.
