Responsibilities
• Assist pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under direct supervision• Process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience• Resolve customer issues and answer questions• Develop strong relationships with valuable customers• Assist in scheduling and maintaining work flow• Report prescription errors and adhere to quality improvement program• Register sales, handle cash, and assist customers in locating products• Process manual claims for third party programs• Assist with inventory management and asset protection• Administer clinical services and coordinate with healthcare providers• Maintain pharmacy department appearance and cleanliness• Comply with company policies and procedures• Complete special assignments and tasks
Requirements
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English• Six months of retail environment experience preferred• Good math and computer skills• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred• PTCB certification preferred
